What Is Shared Stay-In
Senior Caregiving Services (SCS)

A community-based senior living arrangement that supports independence while ensuring residents receive the care and assistance they need. Seniors stay in shared, elderly-friendly homes equipped with safety features such as ramps, grab bars and other supportive amenities for added comfort and protection.

Why Choose SCS

Our shared senior co-living service provides a safe, supportive and home-like environment for elderly residents who need daily assistance but may not require institutional nursing home care.

Seniors can continue to enjoy a sense of independence while receiving help with their daily routines, such as mobility support, personal care, meals, medication reminders and companionship. The shared living arrangement also encourages social interaction, reducing loneliness and helping residents feel part of a caring community.

Each home is thoughtfully set up with elderly-friendly features such as grab bars, ramps and other safety enhancements to support comfort, mobility and fall prevention. With trained caregivers providing round-the-clock support, families can have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are cared for in a warm, structured and dignified setting.

What Is The Difference Between
SCS & Nursing Homes

ChatGPT Image Jun 8, 2026, 09_37_58 PM.png

SCS is designed for seniors who may need support with daily activities such as medication reminders, showering, dressing and mobility, while still maintaining a good level of independence. Residents usually have their own private living space, which they can personalise to feel more like home, while also enjoying access to shared facilities, communal dining, organised activities and social events.

SCS and nursing homes are often seen as similar, but they serve different care needs. Seniors under SCS are generally more independent and may only require light to moderate daily support. They can still participate in social activities, make personal choices and live with a sense of autonomy.

Nursing homes, on the other hand, provide a higher level of medical and nursing care. They are more suitable for seniors who are bedridden, have complex health conditions, require close clinical supervision, or need specialised nursing support on a regular basis.
